The only connection for Hayat to her past in Syria is her nightmares. She and her husband Harun live recently in Berlin and are guests of Harun’s uncle and his wife. They want to provide a safe future for their unborn child and they try to settle. Not only the borders between countries cause difficulties for Hayat, but also the borders between cultures.
