Feature film following a young couple rebuilding their lives in Berlin after leaving Syria, navigating questions of identity, displacement, and belonging.

Screened at international festivals including Filmfestival Max Ophüls Preis, Entrevues Belfort, and Achtung Berlin.

Awards include Best Feature Film (Sehsüchte), Best European Feature (ÉCU – The European Independent Film Festival), and the Ecumenical Jury Award (Max Ophüls Preis).

Developed the visual concept in close collaboration with the director, following a naturalistic, character-driven approach.

Shot primarily in a confined apartment setting, requiring a fully controlled lighting concept to maintain a consistent and realistic visual tone. The cinematography focuses on subtle lighting, spatial continuity, and a restrained camera language to support the emotional perspective of the characters.
